Overview
You see the price before you confirm. You are charged only after the printer has finished, and only for the pages it printed.
How it works
- You see the price before you confirm. It is held for 15 minutes.
- The printer prints your pages.
- Once it reports the job as finished, you are charged for the pages it actually printed, never more than the price you saw.
- Your printing credit pays first. See Paying with printing credit.
- What credit doesn't cover is added to your next Nexudus invoice.
What things cost
- Double-sided printing counts every printed side.
- Copies multiply the price.
- If you choose black & white, every page costs the black & white price.
- If you choose colour, pages with no colour at all are still charged as black & white.
What you are never charged for
- A job that fails.
- A job you cancel.
- A document that waits too long and is deleted. See Releasing your print at the printer.
- A document you only emailed and never confirmed.
Refunds and mistakes
Ask the front desk. They can look at your job and, if something went wrong, correct your invoice or your printing credit.
